Two days to Resignation Eve
Today is the 2nd to last day of leaving, and I don’t feel any regret. Family and friends ask the reasons for resigning, whether I have a new job, or if I have any new clients. There are books that urge me to establish an adequate clientele for future business survival before resigning my current job. But my Taurus patience has worn thin (did I mention also stubborn?). I affirm to myself that it is worth the risk if the outcome arouses passion for everyday living. Fear of failure is the only demon distracting me from my goal, and I’ve just begun! During the nights I have been researching places to purchase a PC for future use. I’m confident utilizing the Windows operating system at my current work, and my home IMAC OS X 10.2 at home is too costly to upgrade. I’m bombarded with choices as soon as I start looking. I ask advice from geeky boys at treshna.com (my possible website hosts) for suitable computer specs for graphic design work. So far I my specifications need to be a Pentium 4, at least 512 of ram, a good graphics card with 128mb reading, and oh, generous hard drive space (120 gigabytes). I think I’m catching on with the PC world … I want 3.0 gigahertz processing speed and a Viewsonic flat LCD screens as they apparently guarantee against dead pixels on screen (?!).
